About the event
Welcome to our fortnightly Sunday afternoon ecstatic dance. We start with serving cacao sitting in an opening circle followed by free-from intuitive dance.
💖 CACAO
We start with serving a small cup of cacao, which is the raw, pure form of chocolate, made from the fruit of the cacao tree.
💖 ECSTATIC DANCE
Ecstatic Dance is a free-form and conscious dance movement, held in a safe and sacred space. Dancing is movement medicine to heal the body plus it's also fun.
This journey is led by a live DJ set using different styles of music. The music always invites you to sink into your body and find your unique expression of movement. No DJ set is the same.
